Before you enquireHow far in advance should I book?
The more notice the better, particularly in high season and if you want drone footage — flight permission has to be requested in advance with CAAT, and knowing early means there's time to file the paperwork.
Is drone included?
Drone photography is included in most villa packages rather than sold as an add-on. Drone video and FPV fly-throughs are priced separately. Either way, flight permission has to be requested in advance with CAAT — the earlier we know, the more time there is to file it.
Do I own the images?
Yes. High-resolution final files for use across your property marketing: listing sites, website, social, print and advertising. Raw files are available separately.
Can you shoot vertical for Reels?
Yes, and it's better to decide before the shoot than to crop afterwards. Vertical clips can be delivered individually — one scene each — or as a single combined edit. Tell us which you want when you enquire.
How long does a shoot take?
Most villas are covered in a single day, daylight through twilight. Larger properties, and resorts shot during high occupancy, usually need two days — rooms and public areas have to be shot very early before guests are about.
Do you work outside Koh Samui?
Regularly — Phuket, Phi Phi, Koh Phangan, Pattaya and Bangkok. Travel charges apply outside Samui and off-island bookings require a deposit.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or cash. 30% deposit confirms the booking, balance before final delivery, and files are released once payment is complete. Corporate invoicing is available with 3% withholding tax for corporate clients.
Can you shoot an empty or unfinished property?
Yes, though the result depends heavily on the stage. Send a few phone photos with your enquiry and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth shooting now or waiting until the furniture is in.
