Typical jobs: a full villa set for a rental listing, a room-category set for a resort, a twilight pass on a hero property, or a short film cut for the property's own site and social.

Shot lists and room counts are agreed before the day, so the schedule is fixed and nothing gets missed.

Do you charge travel to Phuket?

Do you cover Natai and Phang Nga as well as Phuket?
Yes. We work across Phuket and the Natai / Phang Nga stretch for villa owners, rental managers, developers and hotel groups — stills, film, drone and 360° tours.
Can you fly a drone in Phuket?
Registered with CAAT and NBTC. Airspace is checked per property before the trip, not on the day.
How long until the photos and film are delivered?
Photography 7–10 days, film around two weeks. Landscape and vertical sets, sized for your site and the booking channels.
How do I book, and what deposit is needed?
A 30% deposit confirms the booking, and work outside Koh Samui requires a deposit. The balance is due before final delivery, by bank transfer or cash. Corporate invoicing is available with 3% withholding tax.
Do I own the images?
Yes. You receive high-resolution final files for use across your property marketing: listing sites, website, social, print and advertising. Raw files are available separately.
