30% deposit confirms the booking. Balance due before final delivery.

Files delivered once full payment is received. Photography 7–10 days, film around two weeks.

Travel charges may apply outside Koh Samui. Off-island work requires a deposit.

Bank transfer or cash. Corporate invoicing available — 3% withholding tax for corporate clients.

Koh Samui is home ground. Everywhere else — Phangan included — is quoted with travel shown separately at cost: ferries, flights, transport and accommodation. Covering several properties on one trip splits that cost between them.

How much does villa photography cost in Koh Samui?

Villa photography packages are priced by bedroom count, from 14,000 THB for a 1–2 bedroom villa (40 edited photos) to 29,000 THB for 7 bedrooms (90 edited photos). Every villa package includes day and twilight photography and drone photography.

How much does a villa video cost?

Villa films run from 15,000 THB for 1–2 bedrooms (a 2:00 film) to 25,000 THB for 6–7 bedrooms (a 2:30 film plus a highlight cut).

Is it cheaper to book photo and video together?

Yes. The photo and video bundle runs from 22,000 THB for 1–2 bedrooms to 44,000 THB for 7 bedrooms, with photo and film shot across a single day, daytime through sunset. It is the best value and how most owners book.

What does photography cost for an apartment or condo?

Apartments and smaller properties are priced by edited photo count: from 6,000 THB for 10 day-only photos, or 10,500 THB for 20 day-and-night photos. Additional edited photos are 250 THB each.

How are hotels and resorts priced?

Hotels and resorts run on a shoot day rate of 13,000 THB for a full day on property, plus retouching at 500 THB per image (700 THB for premium hotel retouching). Film editing is priced on top: a 30–45 second short video 8,000 THB, a 2:30 feature film with highlight 16,000 THB, a luxury resort film from 20,000 THB.

How much is a 360° virtual tour?

10,000 THB standalone for 5 panoramas, or 8,000 THB as an add-on to a package. Additional panoramas are 1,200 THB each.

Do you charge travel outside Koh Samui?

Koh Samui is home ground. Everywhere else, Koh Phangan included, is quoted with travel shown separately at cost: ferries, flights, transport and accommodation. Covering several properties on one trip splits that cost between them.

How quickly are files delivered?

Photography in 7–10 days and film in around two weeks, released once full payment is received. A 30% deposit confirms the booking.
